Empack Namur of 26 May 2020 is cancelled.
New edition on 20 May 2021 at Namur Expo.
As the organiser of Empack Namur on 26 May 2020 we’ve been closely monitoring the exceptional situation involving the COVID-19 pandemic. For the month of May 2020 the Belgian government has not yet imposed any special restrictions regarding the organisation of events such as Empack Namur.
Our main responsibility at Easyfairs is guaranteeing the well-being, health and safety of our visitors, exhibitors and staff, as well as protecting all parties involved in our events. In light of the global dimensions of the current situation and the exceptional safety measures currently in place, we have no choice but to cancel the Empack Namur event scheduled for 26 May in Namur Expo due to force majeure.
A new edition is now planned for Thursday 20 May 2021 at Namur Expo.
Easyfairs strives to build a healthy future with its partners and customers and so we will do everything in our power to guarantee the success of the new edition of Empack Namur in 2021.
We would like to thank everyone for their commitment, understanding and support. At the same time we are looking forward to welcoming our exhibitors and visitors next year in May.

Namur expo is accessible:
– take the E411 motorway (Brussels – Luxembourg) exit n ° 13 (Champion), direction city center / station
– take the E42 motorway (Mons-Liège) exit n ° 12 (Namur-Ouest), direction city center / station.
The car park across from Namur Expo offers a capacity of 475 spaces. The nearby streets also offer numerous parking spaces, in the 3-hour blue zone.
Pets are not allowed at Namur Expo. Only guide dogs for the visually impaired are allowed.
All halls of Namur Expo are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Yes. By showing your visitor badge, you come in quickly.
It is possible to register on site at Empack Namur. However, it is advisable to register beforehand to avoid queues at the entrance.
