How to promote my participation?
Before the event
- Take delivery of your exhibitor package: hand out your invitations and stick the stickers on your documents.
- Activate your “My Easyfairs” account and complete your exhibitor profile.
- Place a banner and / or logo on your website and in your e-mail communication. Download them at My Easyfairs.
- Send an e-mail invitation based on our template to your customers and prospects. Don’t forget your personal URL!
- Promote your participation via social media and tag Empack. #EmpackNamur2024
- Activate your Visit Connect license(s).
During the event
- Place your Touch & Collect reader at a visible place to collect as many leads as possible
- Organize activities at your stand because animation works: a game, a drink, handing out goodie bags, etc.
- Did you have an interesting conversation with a lead? Scan the badge with the Visit Connect app and you have immediate access to its data.
Keep up the good work, you have a motivated team that has full control over the organization of this show.
